Terms and Conditions for Becoming Franchise:
1. All Business Partners will be given for a period of 1-year validity. There after renewal is must on both side mutual interest basis. Renewal is depends on the performance basis.
2. The commission of the services will be paid in terms of the reduced price in PIN, not by any other mode of payment. This rule is applicable to all old and new Franchises / business partners all over India.
3. A minimum balance amount of 30,000/- Rupees is necessary in Franchise account as security money. If a Franchise avoid rules & conditions of company in that condition security money not be given back. Franchise Fees for 1 year is 25,000/- Rupees. Minimum Pins to be purchased are: 100 i.e. 45,000/- Rupees
Total: 30,000 + 25,000 + 45,000 = 1, 00,000/- Rupees (Initial Investment)
4. In a particular period if a franchise not fulfill target in that position company have a right to suspend or terminate that franchise.
5. For a particular region company will appoint only 1 franchise. The company management will decide jurisdiction.
6. A minimum of 300 (Three hundred pins) is compulsory to sale in a period of 30 days.
7. Franchise is allowed to sell a pin under rate (price of 500/-) .
8. Franchises are not transferable or sharable.
9. EOLII INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. Franchise will be informed by email; however it is also your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes.
10. EOLII INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Franchise. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Service.
11. All notices given by us to Franchise will be given by email, postal mail or by general posting on the Web site.
12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the relationship between Franchise and EOLII
INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED shall be governed by the laws of the Delhi and NCR without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Franchises and EOLII INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located with in Delhi.
13. This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive understanding between Franchise and EOLII INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED relating to the subject matter.
14. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
15. Any franchise found working against interest of the company OR found damaging the business of the company, will be terminated with out prior notice. In this case the company decision is full & final.
16. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision by which eolii Infocom Private Limited excludes its liability to the Franchise), the enforceability of any other part of these Terms will not be affected.
